Order Cancellation
As all Aureva products are custom-designed and manufactured according to individual customer requirements, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Cancellation requests received before production begins may be considered at Aureva’s sole discretion and may be subject to applicable administrative or design charges.
Project Modifications
Customers may request design or material changes before manufacturing begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible or may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
Damaged Or Defective Products
If any product is found to be damaged or has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery or installation, the customer must notify Aureva within 48 hours by providing clear photographs and relevant details. Our team will inspect the reported issue and determine the most suitable resolution.
Replacement Policy
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Aureva will repair or replace the affected component or product wherever applicable. Replacement will be provided only for verified manufacturing defects and not for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, water leakage, structural alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Return Policy
Since every kitchen, wardrobe, vanity, TV unit, or interior solution is custom-made to suit the customer’s space and preferences, products cannot be returned after successful delivery and installation unless a verified manufacturing defect exists that cannot be repaired or replaced.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable for customized products. However, if Aureva determines that a confirmed manufacturing issue cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, an appropriate refund or alternative solution may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.
